NIDA is a government agency that does research on drug abuse. There is excellent information on drugs of abuse and aspects of treatment on this site.
Families Anonymous is a 12 step program for families with young people who are abusing drugs or alcohol. Many parents find it to be a great support. There are meetings in the Atlanta area every week.
